Registration, Abstracts & Accommodation
On-line Registration
To register for the Barrande-Vltava 2019 Meeting, please complete the on-line Registration Form, in which specify the preferred form of the presentation, and submit it along with an abstract formatted according to the template prior to 4 July 2019. No on-site registration will be possible.
Registration Fee
Registration fee (4 850 CZK) should be paid before 4 July 2019 by bank transfer*. It covers meals (2× lunch, 3× dinner), refreshment during coffee breaks (4×), the Book of Abstracts and Conference materials.
Abstracts
All abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. The individual contributions (one A4 page) formatted according to a
template will be placed without further editing. The authors are responsible for
the factual as well as formal correctness of the abstract. Both *.doc and *.docx files are accepted. The abstract must be
attached to the on-line Registration Form, otherwise the submission will not be possible.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be offered at Villa Lanna and Pension Marna, which is located in the residential quarter of Prague 6 close to the underground line A and in a walking distance to the Barrande-Vltava 2019 venue.
Villa Lanna, the Neo-Renaissance landmark building was built in 1872 by the prominent industrialist and art collector Vojtěch Lanna as a summer retreat.
The accommodation is possible in a single room (from 1 300 CZK /night) or double room (from 1 000 CZK/night). Please specify in the Registration Form the date of your arrival/departure. Note that accommodation can only be paid directly to Villa Lanna or Pension Marna on departure (do not add the accommodation costs to the registration fee paid by bank transfer!). The payment will be possible by a credit card or cash.
